Where can I find the ticket that I’ve already submitted?
There are two ways to access your submitted tickets.
1. You can look for an email that has been sent by us and access your ticket through the link included within the email.
Please also check your email tabs and your email providers spam folder if you haven’t received an email from us yet.
2. You can also access your tickets through our lovely website.
- Log in to your account with the details that you’ve created before.
- Click on “My Account”
- Select “My Tickets”
- Here you will find the active tickets you have created.
- Furthermore, you can create new tickets within here as well.
